Adding money to your account balance

You can add balance (or money) to your account using any of the payment methods linked to your account. 

Add balance from USDC

USDC is an easy and fast way to add money to your balance. To do so, you need to send money to your assigned wallet using your preferred cryptocurrency trading platform. As of now, we only support USDC payments and no other cryptocurrency.

NOTE: When adding USDC, make sure you are using the correct wallet address per blockchain.

Add money using a wire transfer

To add money to your account using a wire transfer, you must manually initiate the wire from your bank account. Wire transfers cannot be initiated through the platform.

Steps

Warning: The wire transfer rules are strict. Make sure you carefully read the following instructions because any errors will cause the wire transfer to be rejected and the money will be returned to you. Note that you will have to pay currency conversion fees (e.g., Euro to USD > returned > USD to EUR).

  1. Select My Account >  Payment.
  2. Click Transactions (or the current balance amount displayed).
  3. On the Finance page, click Add Balance.
  4. Follow these instructions to a wire transfer money from your bank account:

On the memo/additional information line, enter the Tracking reference number and <Customer> (with a space or * in between and nothing preceding it) in the following format: <TRACKING REFERENCE NUMBER> * <Customer> For example, if the tracking number is CId2G5dK2R, enter:CId2G5dK2R * <Customer>
