If you attempt to buy an asset and the transaction fails, you can see the details of the failed transaction in the Pending purchases section of the Finance page. You can see the name of the asset, the payment method used, the status of the transaction, the purchase amount, and the deadline for fixing the problem.
For example, if you participated in a draw and the credit card you used expired, your payment will not be processed.
You fix the error, you only have a limited amount of time to update the payment method and reprocess the transaction. If you miss the window, the transaction will be canceled.
Follow these steps to view your pending purchases.
- Select My Account > Payment.
- Click Transactions (or the current balance amount displayed).
Your transactions will be listed in the Pending Purchases section.
